B.C. releases veteran Canadian Football League QB

The B.C. Lions have released veteran quarterback Dave Dickenson.
The Canadian Football League team made the announcement Monday.
"Dave has been an outstanding player and leader for the Lions over the past five seasons and this is a difficult day for all of us," said general manager and head coach Wally Buono.
