Former Canadian Football League play-by-play man passes away
He was the voice of the CFL in the 70's and 80's, and a well known Toronto sports broadcaster for years after.
Radio and T-V man Pat Marsden has died this morning at age 69.
He was diagnosed with lung cancer in January, something that didn't surprise him because he joked that he started smoking when he was four.
Marsden is perhaps best known for his play-by-play coverage of the CFL.
He is survived by his wife T-A and five children, including a teenaged son.
