All-star nose tackle Noah Cantor and defensive backs Chris Hardy and Chuck Winters all signed contract extensions with the Grey Cup champion Toronto Argonauts on Tuesday.
Cantor set a career high for sacks in 2004 with 10, placing him first on the team and third in the league. Cantor also finished with a career high eight knocked-down passes.
Hardy dressed primarily as a backup defensive back but also doubled as the Argos backup punter/kicker. He was 3-for-3 three on field-goal attempts on Oct. 21 against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats when he stepped in for the injured Noel Prefontaine. Hardy also punted eight times for 291 yards.
Winters was a backup DB and special teams player during the 2004 season.

Terms of the deals were not released
